IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Please be aware that ITS is currently working on combining USC’s 20+ separate Qualtrics divisions into one USC brand in order to streamline our usage. This project will also bring USC’s Qualtrics access under Shibboleth Single Sign-On to standardize the login experience and strengthen account security.

Beginning on December 11th, 2018, you will begin using a new login link (https://usc.qualtrics.com) to access your Rossier Qualtrics account. You also will begin using your USC NetID username and password (the same account you use to sign into Workday and many other university services) to access your Qualtrics account at this time.

After the migration, the first time you log into Qualtrics via https://usc.qualtrics.com, you may experience the following additional steps as Qualtrics associates your account with your USC NetID credentials.

1. Navigate to https://usc.qualtrics.com. This link will take you to the red USC sign-in page.
2. Enter your USC NetID username and password on the red USC sign-in page.
3. You may see a screen asking if you have a “preexisting Qualtrics account for this brand.” If so:
   • Click or tap Yes, I have a preexisting account here.
   • Enter the username and password you previously used to log into Qualtrics.
4. Qualtrics will then associate your existing account with your USC NetID credentials.
5. Going forward, you will access your account at https://usc.qualtrics.com using your USC NetID username and password. Remember to update any bookmarks you may have with this new login link.

 Please Note: This migration will not affect your existing active or inactive surveys or data on your Qualtrics account.
